Terms of Service

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A non-refundable 30% advance is required to confirm bookings.
  • Subsequent Payments: 40% payment is due 10 days before the wedding, 20% after the Sangeet, and the balance within 10 days post-wedding.
  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur 2% per month interest.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds for the 30% booking advance.
  • If cancellation occurs:
    • 30+ days before event: 70% of amount (excluding advance) refunded
    • 15–30 days: 50% refund (excluding advance)
    • Less than 15 days: No refund
  • Postponement may be allowed with prior notice (subject to availability and rescheduling fees).

3. Force Majeure

  • The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance due to events beyond control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government orders, or technical failures.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details, guest counts, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all necessary permissions (venue permits, licenses, etc.) are secured unless agreed otherwise.
  • Any damages to venue property by guests are the client's responsibility.

5. Company Responsibilities

  • Provide services as per the agreed scope and timelines.
  • Maintain quality standards in coordination with third-party vendors.
  • Notify the client of any unavoidable delays.

6. Vendor Coordination

  • The Company may engage third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, sound engineers).
  • The Company is not responsible for third-party delays but will coordinate to ensure timely delivery.

7. Changes & Customization

  • Any change requests (theme changes, additional décor, etc.) after finalization may incur additional charges.
  • Final approval must be given at least 10 days prior to the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, creative content, photography, and video created by the Company remain its intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing

10. Use of Event Photos/Videos

  • The Company may use event photos or videos for promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing.

11. Alcohol & Safety

  • The client is responsible for obtaining liquor permits (if applicable).
  • The Company is not responsible for accidents or injuries during the event.

12. Confidentiality

  • Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during planning.

13. Termination of Contract

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate services due to client's breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities during events.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Guna, Madhya Pradesh (MP), India.
